Why Galyct Perso exists
Many of the requests Galyct receives come from individuals who don’t know whether their situation needs an analysis, a step with their bank or just a few checks. Galyct Perso was designed to do that first sorting, give reliable instructions and let an expert take over the case when needed.

Cybersecurity was built for businesses
In ten years of supporting organisations with digital risk management, one imbalance became obvious: businesses have experts, procedures and service providers. Individuals, on the other hand, are usually left to fend for themselves, precisely when the urgency is greatest.
Informing is not enough
Public services (such as Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr, the French public assistance service for victims) play an essential role in providing information and guidance. But very few actually support victims, by their side, in taking action.
A fast-growing threat
Account hacking, phishing, fake tech support: attacks on individuals are multiplying, and requests for help grow year after year.
Urgency calls for method
In the hours after an incident, every step counts. Preserving evidence, securing things in the right order, documenting: all stages where improvising comes at a high price.

Galyct Perso does not improvise. Our work is based on a doctrine shared across the Galyct house and set out in a reference work: the CODEX. Its conviction fits in one sentence: digital security is not first and foremost about software, but about decisions. We always separate what is observed from what is assumed so that nothing is decided on an assumption.

Hans Mourette
Hans Mourette has worked in cybersecurity and risk management for ten years. He runs Galyct, within which he created Galyct Perso to make this expertise available to individuals.
His starting conviction: no victim should face a hack alone, without a method or someone to talk to. Galyct Perso was born of that conviction.

We never promise the impossible: no refund, no guaranteed identification of the culprit. Facts, assumptions and limits are always clearly separated, and no result is guaranteed.

You will never be asked for your passwords or your confirmation codes. You keep control of your accounts at all times.
