Is the pre-diagnosis really free?
Yes. It is free, online and needs no sign-up. It is there to assess your situation and point you in the right direction. You only pay if you decide on an intervention, and always after agreeing the scope and the price together.
What is included, and what isn’t?
Each kind of support sets out its scope: what it covers and its limits. The pre-diagnosis is not an expert assessment; a guided diagnosis does not include a full report; a report documents the findings without guaranteeing the outcome. And we never ask for your passwords.
Is a refund or recovery guaranteed?
No. Some decisions belong to your bank, the platforms or the courts. We check, secure, document and support you through the formal steps, but we promise no refund, no recovery of funds and no identification of the culprit. Commitments, not promises.
