NARA · the intelligence behind Galyct Perso
What NARA does for you
NARA answers common questions, explains technical terms and points you to the guides or the pre-diagnosis that match your situation. It can suggest checks, but it cannot confirm a compromise on its own, and it does not replace an intervention when a technical analysis is needed.
We will never ask for your codes or your passwords. Verify our identity →
A clear guide, not just another bot
NARA has a single aim: to help you see clearly and take the right step, in the right order. Here is what it does alongside you, in practice.
It guides you step by step
You describe your situation in your own words. It suggests the next useful step, one at a time, without burying you under twenty things to do at once.
It explains technical terms
“Active sessions”, “two-factor authentication”, “forwarding rule”: it translates technical terms into plain language, and tells you why they matter to you.
It points you to the right place
Depending on what you are going through, it directs you to the right reflex, the right step-by-step guide or the free diagnosis and tells you when it is better to call a human.
It answers your “what ifs”
“Is this text a trap?”, “Do I have the right to dispute this?”, “What happens if I click?”: ask the question, and it answers calmly.
It helps you keep the evidence
It reminds you not to delete anything and shows you what to keep (screenshots, emails, amounts) so that your file holds up later.
It stays calm and composed
No judgement, no blame. At any time of day, it goes over an explanation as many times as needed, without ever making you feel at fault.
Just as important: what it will never do
Reliable help knows its limits. For your safety and your trust, here is what NARA does not do, and will never ask for.
It does not connect to your accounts
It does not take control of your mailbox, your bank or your social media. It explains what to do; you always stay in control.
It never asks for your secrets
No password, no code received by text, no full card number. If a message asks you for these “on behalf of Galyct”, it is a fake: be careful.
It does not replace the emergency services
If someone is in immediate danger, it does not replace the emergency services. We tell you clearly when to dial 112, 17 or 3018.
It does not replace a lawyer
It helps you prepare your formal steps and your file, but it does not give personalised legal advice. For your rights, rely on a professional.
It does not replace an expert analysis
It does not produce a technical expert assessment or a forensic report. When your case warrants it, it refers you to a human expert who takes over.
It does not promise the impossible
No guaranteed recovery of funds, no identification of the culprit, no “100%” security. No result is guaranteed, and it stays honest with you.
Intelligence run in Europe, under human supervision
You have the right to know who you are talking to and where your data goes. Here, plainly, is how it is designed.
Run in France and the European Union
The technology that powers NARA is European. Part of the analysis happens directly on your device; the rest relies on analysis carried out in the European Union, without sending your data outside Europe.
Under human supervision
NARA makes no irreversible decision: you approve its suggestions, and a Galyct expert steps in as soon as a situation needs a real human eye.
Your data stays in France
Your conversations are hosted in France with Scaleway and processed in France. You stay in charge of your information, and we never compile details of your private life without your knowledge.
NARA is a support tool: it complements human support, it does not replace it. It is no substitute for an emergency service, a lawyer or an expert analysis. Verify our identity →
The golden rule: no one should ask for your codes
A genuine service never asks you to “confirm” a transaction in order to cancel it, or to give out a code. Keep these pointers to hand.
What we will never ask you for
Neither Galyct, nor NARA, nor your bank over the phone will ask you for your password, a code received by text, your card PIN or your full card number. If someone asks you for them, hang up: it’s a scam.
Useful numbers to know
- 112: immediate danger to a person (emergencies)
- 17: police / gendarmerie
- 3018: minors, harassment, sexual blackmail
- Your bank’s card blocking line (number on the back of the card)
There right when you’re in doubt
No need to wait for a disaster. NARA is useful from the first moment of hesitation: before, during and after.
“Is this message a trap?”
A text, an email or a link makes you wonder. Ask before you click or reply.
Clear up the doubt → During“What should I do, right here, right now?”
An incident is under way. It gives you the right steps, in order, without making things worse.
Get guidance → Just after“What should I keep?”
It helps you keep the useful evidence before you clean anything up.
Keep the evidence → If needed“I’d rather talk to a human.”
At any time, it hands you over to a Galyct expert. We call you back Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 12 noon.

Valuable help, never a magic wand
NARA saves you time and keeps you calm: it sheds light, explains and points the way. But it promises no “100%” security, no refund and no guaranteed recovery of funds: no result is guaranteed, and for the decisions that matter, a human stays by your side.
Not sure? Start with the free diagnosis.
In a few minutes, NARA assesses your situation, gives you the right reflexes and a clear plan, then you decide whether you want an expert’s help. No card required.
