Why you can trust us
Check who is behind Galyct Perso
Galyct Perso is a service published by Datashield Risk Consulting, a French SAS registered in Lyon. This page brings together the information you need to check the publisher, its contact details, its listing, where data is stored and the security rules applied while we support you.
We will never ask for your codes or your passwords.
Trust information up to date as of 15 August 2026 · reviewed every six months.
Any doubt about a message, a call or a payment?
Before you act, take the time to check. You can call an expert or start the free pre-diagnosis; the information below also lets you check our identity for yourself.
Don’t take our word for it. Check at the source.
After a scam, the first sensible question is: “how can I be sure that you are real?” Here is our information, as it appears in public sources you can consult without going through us.

We will never ask for your codes.
It is our simplest and most important rule: it lets you tell a genuine contact from a fake one. If someone claims to be us and asks you for any of these things, it’s a scam: hang up.
What we will never ask you for
- Your passwords or access codes
- A code received by text or email
- Your full card number, or the security code
- To confirm or “cancel” a bank transaction
- To take remote control of your device without your explicit request
What we do instead
We check, we secure things with you and we document. You are the one who types your passwords, on your own screens, when you decide to change an access. We guide you step by step, but your secrets remain yours: we don’t see them, and we don’t need them.
The real numbers to keep to hand
These don’t belong to us: they are public services and your bank. They are there whether or not you trust us, and that is exactly why they protect you.

Your data stays in France
When you have already been deceived, handing your information to a stranger is frightening. So let’s be precise: here is where it goes, who can see it, and for how long.
Hosted in France with Scaleway
Your data is hosted in France with Scaleway and processed in France. If a subcontractor is involved, it stays within the European Union. The AI engine is Mistral (France / EU): no processing outside the EU.
Only what is needed
We only collect what helps us assist you with your situation. No reselling, no advertising profiles. Your file belongs to you.
You stay in control
You can view, export or ask for your data to be deleted. Our detailed commitments are in our privacy policy.
Payment is processed by Stancer, not by our servers
The pre-diagnosis is free: you only pay if you choose to go further, and the scope is always agreed with you beforehand. And when you do pay, it happens in a protected way.
Your bank details don’t pass through us
Payment is processed by Stancer, a French payment provider. Your card details are entered in its secure environment: we don’t see them, we don’t store them, and we cannot reuse them.
Always on your initiative
No surprise charges: you know what you are paying, for what, and you confirm it yourself. Our prices are displayed, for example Galyct Protect €59/year (coming soon) or the Pass Incident €49. See all prices →
Real trust comes from honesty
A serious provider doesn’t promise you the moon, especially after a scam, where you were promised far too much. So let’s say it plainly: no result is guaranteed. We support you as best we can, methodically, but we don’t play with your hopes.
Listed on Cybermalveillance, without pretending it’s more
Many scams invent official labels to reassure you. We would rather tell you exactly what our listing covers, no more, no less.
What it is
We are listed on Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr, the French national victim assistance scheme. This lets you find us through a public channel, outside our own website.
What it isn’t
This listing is not state certification, or an accreditation that would guarantee a result. It is a useful reference point, not a promise. We present it for what it is.
Help in plain language, under human supervision
The app offers an assistant to explain the steps simply. Here too, we owe you transparency about what it does, and what it doesn’t.
A French provider, processing in France / the EU
It relies on a European engine (Mistral, France / EU). Your information is analysed within the European Union and, where possible, directly on your device.
Always a human by your side
The assistant makes no decision for you: you approve its suggestions, and an expert takes over whenever you wish.
It never asks for your login details
Like us, it never asks you for a password or a code. And it does not replace an emergency service, a lawyer or a forensic expert.
You’ve checked. Now move forward at your own pace.
Start with the free diagnosis, with no sign-up and no card. You’ll know what to do, and then you decide whether you want our help.
