Check that a contact really comes from Galyct

Don’t rely on the number that is displayed, or on what someone tells you, even in our name. This page brings together what you need to check for yourself that a contact really comes from Galyct: official domains, phone number, email address, information we never ask for, and what to do if you are in doubt.

1 Who we are

Our legal identity, publicly verifiable.

BrandGalyct Perso, operated by the company Datashield Risk Consulting.
CompanyDatashield Risk Consulting, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS).
SIREN984 134 916
Registered office16 rue Cuvier, 69006 Lyon, France.
Person in chargeHans Mourette, founder.
Official phone number09 73 37 47 16
Legitimate domainsgalyct.io · perso.galyct.io · pro.galyct.io
Legitimate emailcontact@galyct.io (never any other domain).

2 Check us through independent sources

Don’t start from our website: start from official sources, then come back.

Being honest about the terms: DRC is a listed provider on Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr (by signing up to a charter). This is not “state certification” or “accreditation”: being listed is separate from the ExpertCyber label, which is audited by AFNOR. So we say “listed”, never “certified”.

3 What Galyct will never ask you for

If someone asks you for any of these things “on behalf of Galyct”, it’s a scam. Hang up.

  • Your password.
  • A two-factor authentication code (MFA / OTP) received by text or in an app.
  • A bank approval or confirmation of a transaction during the call.
  • Your full card number, read out over the phone.
  • The installation of software you weren’t expecting.
  • An immediate transfer made while we are on the phone.
  • A code received by text, to be passed on to us.

4 Recognising a genuine call from Galyct

A legitimate call has these features, and always lets you take back control.

  • It is scheduled, or follows a request you made (diagnosis, call back).
  • The person gives their name and quotes a case reference (e.g. ZV-4821).
  • They call from the official number shown on this site.
  • You can hang up and call the official number back yourself, and we encourage you to.
  • No pressure, no sales urgency, no threats.
After a call back request, we agree with you on a case reference and a time slot: write them down. To be sure you are on our real site, type the address perso.galyct.io/verifier.html yourself rather than following a link. The person starts the call by stating the agreed reference: compare it with yours, and if there is the slightest difference, hang up and call the official number shown on this site:
Galyct case ZV-4821: call scheduled today between 2 pm and 3 pm by Hans Mourette, from 09 73 37 47 16.

It is not cryptographic proof, but one more check, beyond the number that is displayed.

5 Before any remote access

Remote access never starts straight from a call. The process requires, in this order:

  • Verification of our identity (this page).
  • A clear explanation of what is going to be done, and why.
  • Your explicit consent.
  • Launching the software from the official domain (never from a link received by text).
  • A temporary session, visible on screen, with no unjustified permanent installation.
  • Closing the session, followed by written confirmation of the actions carried out.

6 Before any payment

Transparency protects your money, and builds trust rather than eroding it.

  • No improvised payment requested over the phone.
  • A quote and a scope provided before any paid work.
  • Payment made out to Datashield Risk Consulting (SAS), never to an individual’s account.
  • No bank details read out to anyone over the phone.
  • The payee’s name must match the quote and our legal identity.

7 Report someone impersonating Galyct

Is someone pretending to be us? Tell us, and keep the evidence.

Write to contact@galyct.io and keep the fraudulent number, text or email (don’t delete them). Simply describe what happened, and we will reply.

If you have any doubt about a payment, also contact your bank, and report it on Cybermalveillance.gouv.fr.
